I decided with all of the schools going back to virtual learning that it would be a great time to come out with some workouts for kids to do while they are learning at home. I know a lot of parents out there who are struggling to come up with exercises for their kids to do at home, since some virtual learning situations only have 1 gym class per week (if any).
