30 Minute Classes


Core & More

This class is 30 minutes and is taught Tuesdays at 5:15pm. This class uses pilates inspired bodyweight moves, occasional dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders to sculpt and tone your core AND more!

Yoga Express

Need a quick dose of yoga? This class packs a full yoga class into just 30 minutes. You will be lead through a sequence of poses that get you energized and stretched out. This class is recommended for intermediate level yogis and up. This class is held every other Thursday at 5pm.

Circuit Training

In circuit training, we will focus on the full body. There will be various stations set up to improve your endurance, strength & conditioning. We will move through the stations/exercises in a circuit, meaning we will go through all the stations in a timed round then repeat. This class is 30-45 minutes and includes a warm up. Please wear sneakers. All levels welcome!

45 Minute Classes


Melt + Stretch For Golfers

In this class, we use the melt method to work on the hands, feet, or spine for 25 minutes to give the body the stress relief it needs pre or post round of golf. Followed by 20 minutes of stretching the muscles used in golf. This class is sure to improve your mobility and improve your golf swing. NOT EXCLUSIVE TO GOLFERS, anyone welcome!

MELT is a method of self treatment to alleviate the pain and the stresses placed on the body in day-to-day activities. MELT combines various techniques using soft foam rollers and balls to facilitate a natural balance and state for the body. Melt tools provided in studio. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, studio has mats available.

60 Minute Classes


Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is a 60 minute yoga class taught on Tuesdays @ 6pm. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and more advanced students. Please bring your own mat if you have one, rental mats are available to borrow if needed.

Slow Flow Yoga + Melt

Looking for the perfect blend of gentle movement & self care? YOU'VE FOUND IT. This class is great for all levels of students and is 60 minutes. This is a vinyasa style class which means we gently flow through a sequence of yoga poses/stretches. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. Oh & this class includes melt method self care treatments that will leave you feeling your best!

Stretch & Strength

Stretch & Strength is a 60 minute class taught on Mondays. This small group training class focuses on mobility. This class will require resistance bands & a yoga mat. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, melt techniques and body weight to strengthen and stretch the entire body.

(30 minutes of low intensity strength training + 30 mins of melt/stretching)

Open Gym

This class provides the best of both worlds—structured workout with the flexibility to go at your own pace. Whether you’re working on a personal fitness goal or looking for an effective workout, the Open Gym: WOD class is an ideal choice for individuals who want a challenging and efficient session that can be adjusted to suit their needs.

Outdoor Yoga (Seasonal)

Join me for outdoor yoga on Tuesday nights in May-September! This class is great for all levels of students. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature for 60 minutes. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation and get outside!
